Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor/Team Member at our Conover, IA store. The role starts at USD 18.00/hour, with an additional $1.50/hour for hours from 10pm to 6am.

This position offers growth opportunities and a calendar of perks for reliable, customer-focused teammates. You will greet customers, prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a fast, safe, and friendly manner, coach others, monitor stock and merchandising, and keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist others to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team
• Monitor stock, merchandising and product availability in-store
• Keep the store, kitchen and dining areas clean.

Qualifications
