Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead store team members with energy, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude. You will deliver hospitality and high-quality service to customers, while modeling safety and efficiency during daily operations.

The role includes night shifts (10pm–6am) with an additional $1.50/hr premium. Sheetz offers quarterly bonuses, PTO, 401(k) match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 for certain tasks in VA) and capable of lifting up to 20 pounds, with assistance for heavier lifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide top-tier service.
• Prepare food and beverages to exact customer specifications quickly and safely.
• Mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive team.
• Monitor in-store stock, rotate merchandise, and ensure availability for customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
