Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor in Brownsville, PA to lead a store team with energy and hospitality. You will greet customers, ensure quality food and beverages, and coach teammates to deliver fast, friendly service.

This role offers growth opportunities, a night-shift premium of $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am, and a benefits package including PTO, 401k, health coverage, and tuition reimbursement. You’ll help maintain stock, cleanliness, and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide top-tier service.
• Serve quality food and beverages fast and accurately.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks as a unit.
• Monitor store stock, merchandising, and product availability.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
