Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy customer service and a strong team mentality. You’ll mentor staff, ensure product quality, and keep shelves stocked while maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be at least 18 years old; some tasks may require 21+.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly service and assist with requests.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store stock, merchandising, and product availability for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
