Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for an Overnight Supervisor/Team Member role. You will welcome customers with friendly service, prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications, and mentor teammates to execute tasks efficiently.

You will help ensure products are stocked, merchandised, and rotated while maintaining cleanliness in-store, kitchen, and dining areas. Challenging growth opportunities and company perks are available, including bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task, stand, bend, and reach repeatedly.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and assisting with up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA requires 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specs in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, and product availability.

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
