Job summary

Sheetz, Inc in United States is seeking a store team member to provide high-level customer service, prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications, and help mentor peers in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated, and readily available while maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork for a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist with lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your team to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
