Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a motivated Team Member to deliver friendly, high‑energy service in a fast‑paced store environment.

You’ll greet customers, prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications, and collaborate with a team to ensure fast, accurate service. A $1.50/hr night shift premium applies for 10pm–6am, with benefits including PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, health coverage, and stock ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work crew to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
