Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a qualified Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will guide a team to serve customers with top-tier food and beverage quality, while maintaining safety and efficiency across all shifts.

You’ll manage tasks, coach associates, and ensure product availability and store cleanliness. This role includes a strong emphasis on teamwork, performance bonuses, and professional growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with up to 40 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve high-quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store inventory and ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
