Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor position in Goldsboro, NC. You will welcome customers with friendly, high-quality service and oversee operations to ensure safe, fast, and accurate food and beverage preparation.

Lead and coach teammates while ensuring products are stocked, merchandised, and available, and maintain cleanliness across store, kitchen, and dining areas. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with additional incentives including bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in VA for certain tasks)
• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and assisting with up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide top-tier customer service
• Prepare food and beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly
• Mentor and support team members to prioritize tasks
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, and product availability
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
