Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead daily store operations with a strong focus on hospitality and service. You will welcome customers, ensure products meet exact specifications, and mentor team members to prioritize tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork to maintain a high standard of store performance. The position highlights a competitive pay structure with an additional night-shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds; assist another person lifting 40 pounds.
