Store Supervisor – San Francisco, CA is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily shift operations in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will train staff, ensure exceptional guest service from check-in to departure, and manage front-of-house tasks while maintaining a safe, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in retail/hospitality or related fields, supervisory experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar guest-focused environments.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting or overseeing 10+ employees is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
• Comfortable with basic maintenance and use of hand/power tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in high-energy settings with lights, music, and special effects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, delegating tasks and supporting team members for smooth experiences
• Train and coach staff, reinforcing service and operational standards
• Deliver positive, engaging customer service from check-in through guest departure
• Manage check-ins, bookings, payments, and front-of-house transactions
• Address customer questions, concerns, and escalates when needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and maintenance issues to ensure uninterrupted attractions
• Maintain inventory systems and communicate supplies or maintenance needs to leadership
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized environment at all times
• Lead by example, promoting a positive, solutions-oriented workplace
