We are a high-performance team committed to authenticity and our values, and we're looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role supporting all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality. We offer a casual environment and a better work/life balance. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays. What You'll Do
  • Manage store operations as assigned and assume operational control in the absence of the manager.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff to meet expectations.
  • Work and train all positions in the front and back of the house.
  • Perform administrative functions such as banking and scheduling meetings.
  • Coach associates using established processes and tools.
  • Execute store opening/closing procedures and prepare reports.
  • Monitor labor and adjust staffing based on business demands.
  • Monitor production, sales efficiencies, wait times, yields, and product quality.
  • Ensure proper sanitation, equipment use, and stock management.
  • Manage FIFO rotation of all products.
  • Handle customer complaints to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Participate in catering, gifting sales, and fulfillment processes.
  • Lead merchandising transitions and setup for holidays and promotions.
What We Think You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience preferred; supervisory experience recommended.
  • Understanding of production facility operations (1-2 years' experience).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering/deliveries.
