Job summary

Eight Eleven is seeking a Store Planning Coordinator to maintain accurate interior, exterior and merchandise floor plans for new and existing stores. The role requires CAD proficiency and a retail background, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include weekly planogram-driven updates, assisting with store openings and conversions, and maintaining the floor plan database.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD is required.
• Experience in retail floor planning is preferred.
• College degree or equivalent retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Update floor plans weekly per planogram.
• Assist Store Planner with floor plans for new/relocated/conversion stores.
• Complete seasonal department updates using planogram data.
• Support conversion of floor plans to store-specific layouts.
• Print floor plans for all stores and conversions.
• Maintain store attribute database and validate floor plans.
• Answer floor plan questions from store teams.
• Assist with layout issues considering product mix, ADA, sales impact.
