Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Planner to develop store planning documents for remodel and downsize projects.

You will produce conceptual and construction documents, using AutoCAD, and coordinate with internal teams and external architects to ensure on‑time delivery and quality control. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years in store planning/design, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field; 3–5 years Store Planning/Design preferred.
• Experience in merchandising/retail environments is preferred.
• AutoCAD proficiency required; MS Office and project tools proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce store planning conceptual plans, construction documents, and interior planning documents using AutoCAD.
• Oversee project administration from inception to completion; handle RFIs and change orders; ensure timely communication.
• Log and maintain store-specific data in company databases and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with Burlington cross‑functional departments and outside architects to align on production schedules.
• Explain changes that may affect production schedules and quality control across projects.
