Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team and manage 3–30 staff per shift.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Report check.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong personal standards and professional appearance.
• Available to work 7 days a week and flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back of the store.
• Maintain professional grooming standards.
