Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Take on responsibilities for store operations including inventory, pricing, and cleanliness to support store goals.
