Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists in daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Delivers excellent service and maintains product and image standards during high-volume shifts.
• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty and trains team members.
• Oversees cash management, processes daily reports and POS transactions.
• Maintains inventory control and assists with stock ordering.
• Reads orders and prepares pizzas and other menu items per specifications.
• Ensures food safety, cleanliness and sanitation across FOH and BOH.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Looks for upsell opportunities and promotes specials to customers.
