Job summary

CVS Health in North Augusta, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence, and lead staff when managers are not onsite.

This full-time role requires strong communication, supervision, and flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. The selected candidate will help ensure opening/closing procedures and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store staff by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Ensure customer/patient confidentiality.
