Murphy USA Inc. is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at our Trumann, AR location.

You will oversee daily store operations, provide prompt customer service, and support the Store Manager in achieving performance goals. Responsibilities include guiding a team, resolving customer requests, operating the cash register, maintaining a clean store, and helping ensure merchandise and fuel are readily available.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED or 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ years old (varies by state).
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience

• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions

• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
