Murphy Oil USA, Inc. is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads in Texas. Earn $11.50–$14.25 per hour with daily pay, health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matches, PTO, education assistance, and clear paths for career advancement from Shift Lead to Assistant Manager.

Gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment, lead a team, and deliver excellent customer service while helping to ensure store profitability and smooth operations.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18+; 19+ in Indiana, 20+ in Kentucky, 21+ in several other states.

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals and objectives.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• In absence of management, back up daily/monthly paperwork, resolve problems, review daily video, verify plan-o-gram compliance, order inventory, count products and train new employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
