An established industry player is seeking a dedicated installation manager to oversee the complete setup of new and remodeled stores. This role involves ensuring that all installations reflect the latest designs and operational requirements, while managing a team of workers and coordinating with store personnel. You will be responsible for timely project completions and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This position is responsible for the complete installation of assigned new stores, relocations, expansions, renovations, or remodels.
The scope includes ensuring the store reflects current fixturing (per approved drawings), merchandising (latest Plan-O-Gram), equipment placement (including POS, Satellite, Mix/Tint equipment), computer cabling, warehouse anchoring, POP/Visual Aids, Signs, and office setup. The role involves managing labor workers and store staff during fixture installation and overseeing the completion of construction items on punch-lists provided by Division-Engineering. Prior to arrival, contact store personnel to coordinate the next installation project.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. To ensure safety and security, a criminal history review is conducted.
