Job summary

Pep Boys Inc is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee store and service center operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in our Redlands, CA location. You will motivate the team, enforce safety standards, and execute policies to maintain a high-performance environment.

The role requires two years of retail management experience (preferably automotive) and a two-year college or technical school program. A valid California driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in retail management, preferably automotive.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program; Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
