Job summary

REI Co-op in Dillon, Colorado, is seeking a team member to support storefront operations and office administration, balancing expenses, scheduling, and HR tasks. This role emphasizes collaboration across departments and a customer-focused mindset.

You will mentor staff, manage supplies within budget, coordinate safety and quality initiatives, and help hire and maintain HR records. If you enjoy building relationships and making solid, principled decisions, this job offers a chance to contribute

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or office environment (preferred).
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships, both inside and outside the organization.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business.
• Uses business understanding, innovative thinking, and sound judgment to solve problems.
• Makes solid recommendations by combining information from various sources.
• Produces quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities.
