Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate theft and fraud while maintaining a safe environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible presence and greeting at Store entrances/exits.
• Monitor sales floor for potential theft and safety issues.
• Train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
