Job summary

RDSolutions offers flexible, part-time delivery/driver work with preplanned routes and a schedule designed for quick in-and-out shifts. You control how much you earn by choosing hours and paying attention to performance; comprehensive training helps you reach maximum efficiency in each store.

Earn extra money working independently with guaranteed minimums in some areas, mileage reimbursements, and a simple start-up process.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to collect assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with required detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Accept preplanned delivery/driver assignments with flexible hours.
• Work independently to collect items and complete projects for clients.
• Trainings provided to maximize efficiency at each store.
• Choose your own hours and earn based on productivity and performance.
• Expected to start quickly, with mileage reimbursement and drive time paid.
• Maintain reliability and quality to meet project criteria and timelines.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
