Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking independent contractors for flexible, driver-based work in the Bloomington area. You can choose when to work within client windows, starting with detailed training and ongoing support to maximize earnings.

This role suits those who value autonomy and reliable transportation to collect assignments. As a Research Associate, you will control earnings by efficiency and volume, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and access to an app-based pricing system for daily

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments from preplanned queues within client windows.
• Drive to multiple stores and complete assigned tasks.
• Track time and mileage for reimbursement.
• Follow company guidelines to meet project criteria and quality standards.
