Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time associates who can earn by choosing their own hours within client windows. The role emphasizes independence, reliable transportation, and the ability to collect or deliver for various projects with training provided to maximize earnings.

Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver's license with insurance. The position offers a structured path to additional learning and development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor to collect or deliver for projects.
• Choose your own hours within our clients' windows.
• Complete assignments efficiently to maximize earnings and meet project criteria.
• Attend the detailed training provided by the company.
