Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in Grass Valley, CA. This role focuses on completing projects for an essential business while you receive a comprehensive initial training and a guaranteed minimum pay with potential for growth based on productivity.

You will be responsible for collecting items in store aisles, meeting project criteria, and maintaining reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance. Flexible schedules promote a healthy work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
