Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives in El Paso, TX to support our strategic field operations. You will engage with customers, collect requirements, and complete assignments with accuracy and timeliness.

This role offers guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity, a training program, and a flexible schedule suitable for military spouses seeking supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store coolers.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
