Job summary

RDSolutions in California is hiring immediately for part-time Field Representatives in Rocklin to support our growing projects. As a field team member, you will collect assignments, complete tasks, and help ensure on-time delivery while prioritizing accuracy.

This role offers a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside based on productivity, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, a training program, and a flexible schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
