Job summary

RDSolutions in Indiana is seeking a flexible, independent contributor for delivery/collection assignments across assigned stores. You choose when to work within client windows and can earn based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas.

You will receive thorough training, maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record, and you can progress through varied projects while balancing personal schedules.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Smartphone with pricing app access and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds, exposure to cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at assigned grocery stores per client projects.
• Follow detailed training to maximize efficiency on each store visit.
• Work independently with flexible hours within client windows.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in completing projects for the company.

Requirements:

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
