Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate to earn extra income with a flexible schedule. You’ll collect assignments using reliable transportation and choose when to work within the client’s window.

The role offers training to maximize efficiency, a guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, and competitive pay with upside based on productivity. Reimbursement for drive time and mileage is included.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store cold cases.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments and complete tasks within the client’s window.
• Drive safely, manage time, and track mileage for reimbursement.
• Follow company instructions and quality criteria to meet project requirements.
