Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Total Store Sanitation Specialist in Abilene, TX. You will maintain department cleanliness and safety, perform deep cleaning of processing areas and equipment, and ensure pest control and sanitation SOPs are followed.

You will handle chemical safety documentation and assist Store Leaders with ongoing maintenance improvements. Responsibilities include assisting customers, locating products, and stepping in for the Total Store Sanitation Rep when needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ minimum.
• 1+ year of maintenance or sanitation experience.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department cleanliness and safety with urgency.
• Deep clean and disinfect processing areas and equipment.
• Follow chemical handling SOPs and maintain records.
• Communicate maintenance needs to Store Leaders.
• Assist customers and help locate products.
• Perform duties of Total Store Sanitation Rep when needed.
