Total Wine & More in Totowa, NJ, seeks a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service-focused culture, and lead a team to deliver best-in-class beverage experiences.

You will mentor staff, manage daily tasks, ensure compliance, and help execute merchandising, POS, and inventory processes while maintaining safety and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and team-player mindset.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

About the roleAs a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service and bring to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers.
