Job summary

Hillman Group in Temple, TX is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, manage in-store displays, and drive product turnover across multiple locations.

You will travel between stores, execute plan-o-grams, stock and organize inventory, build relationships with store staff, and complete service reports while staying active and results-driven.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory

• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
