Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own a territory, keep displays sharp, and maintain inventory in partner stores across the region. You’ll build strong store relationships, execute planograms, and ensure products are well stocked and accurately documented.

This hands-on role involves travel between stores, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using standard office software. A valid driver’s license and comfortable self-management are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or field service is preferred.
• Must be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores; overnight stays possible.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate store fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory


• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays


• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels


• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures


• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly


• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers


• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
