The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own the territory as the face of Hillman in partner stores. You will manage displays, drive inventory flow, and cultivate strong relationships with store personnel.

Ideal candidates have retail or field service experience, are organized and self-motivated, and can read plan-o-grams. Travel between stores is expected; you will be compensated with a car allowance and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores.
• Keep displays sharp and inventories flowing.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with store staff and managers.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order and organize product for optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets and assemble/disassemble fixtures.
• Complete service reports, surveys and photo documentation.
