Your Role as a Store Sales Manager

• Represent Mattress Warehouse by guiding customers to find their ideal sleep solutions and leading your team.
• Engage customers to identify their sleep needs.
• Utilize bedMATCH technology for data-driven recommendations.
• Recommend, demonstrate, and sell top-brand products.
• Educate customers on financing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Train and mentor associates to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and sales reports.
• Maintain a well-organized showroom that meets company standards.
• Lead by example to foster a high-energy, results-driven sales environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in retail, customer service, or commissioned sales.
