You will execute selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel environment to engage customers. The role focuses on building relationships, driving sales KPIs, and supporting company initiatives while maintaining awareness of competitors and leveraging social media to boost brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships with customers during and after purchase (delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competitors and advertised services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
