American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

You’ll drive daily operations, train and motivate associates, and model our brand values with authenticity. As a hands-on leader, you’ll recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and ensure Fitting Rooms and Salesfloor stay guest-ready while upholding Store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading retail teams and delivering guest-focused service.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and mentor associates.
• Strong coaching, feedback and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
