Job summary

Claire’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to lead sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help manage daily store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach associates, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Training in piercing services will be provided to empower you to guide customers safely and confidently, while staying energized by fashion trends and the goal of helping every guest express themselves

Qualifications

Minimum one year of retail management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to be trained as piercing specialist.
Ability to stand and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).

Responsibilities

Sales leadership & profit growth: take ownership of store sales by delivering outstanding customer experience, upselling products, and implementing promotions.
Customer engagement & experience: create loyal shoppers through enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Expert piercing services: receive training to provide safe, fun, and professional piercing experiences.
Operational excellence: maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions, keep store well-merchandised.
Team support & sales coaching: train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
Trend-driven brand representation: showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm and stay current with fashion trends.
