Job summary

Claire’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to train staff, uphold store visuals, and implement promotions.

You will also be trained to provide expert piercing services and to guide customers with fashion-forward product recommendations, staying current with trends and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to be trained for piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by delivering outstanding customer experience and promoting promotions.
• Provide personalized styling advice and upsell products.
• Become a piercing services specialist through Claire's training program.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain appealing store visuals.
• Support and coach store team to meet sales goals.
