Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead Customer Experience, implement Legendary Service, and drive sales in our store network. You will coach Team Leaders, oversee front-end execution, and ensure high-quality merchandising and BOPIS processes throughout the day.

This role requires prior retail leadership, strong customer service and selling skills, and the ability to manage scheduling, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership is required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Education: HS diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legendary Customer Experience and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors across the Sales Team.
• Oversee front-end execution, cashier duties, and customer service expectations.
• Own BOPIS picks and ensure daily accuracy of merchandising and presentation.
• Coach Team Members, drive sales metrics, and support store manager with planning and daily execution.
• Maintain Garden Center, Live Goods Center, Tent standards, and center court presentation.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely for all duties.
