Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team in a Verizon Authorized Retailer store. You’ll coach the team, drive sales targets, and ensure a standout customer experience while managing daily operations and merchandising.

You’ll develop staff, set goals, monitor performance, and maintain store standards. This role requires a customer-service mindset, leadership ability, and willingness to work busy peak periods.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced prioritization in a multifaceted environment.
• Strong goal setting, performance evaluation and coaching abilities.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying skill gaps and building development plans for the team.
• Running store operations: staffing, reporting, cash handling, compliance.
• Monitoring inventory, restocking, and maintaining store security.
• Leading merchandising and planogram compliance per company standards.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility for attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
