Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a part-time sales lead to drive sales, coach a quality team and maintain store standards in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support profitability targets while upholding company policies and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving financial results, training staff, ensuring merchandising consistency and maintaining loss prevention practices. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Part-time retail position with strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office; basic computer skills.
• Experience in driving sales, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Independent work ethic, time management and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and KPI goals while managing expenses and payroll.
• Coach staff to exceed store goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Lead in training, development and performance improvement as needed.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards align with company expectations.
• Maintain loss prevention, health and safety objectives and policy compliance.
• Coordinate and manage tasks such as receiving shipments and store cleanliness.
