Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a part-time Store Manager in Clinton, CT to lead store operations, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s heritage. You will guide team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and manage merchandising, security, and housekeeping in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring flexibility to work evenings/weekends, physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds, and at least 1 year of customer service experience; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and heritage.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
• Comply with cash handling guidelines and loss-prevention programs.
• Assist with replenishment, pricing, and store presentation standards.
• Maintain RFID-driven inventory processes on the selling floor.
