Claire’s is seeking a part-time non-exempt associate in Michigan to drive sales through engaging customer experiences and compelling promos. You will help manage inventory, operate the POS, and assist with store presentations while upholding Claire's standards.

The role requires at least one year in retail, some leadership or sales-driving responsibility, and a passion for fashion. Training in piercing and safety is provided to support customer care and brand image.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and handle basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and highlighting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Participate in piercing training; educate on aftercare and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain appealing displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive store vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and trends to help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: Handle inventory, cash transactions, merchandising, and promotions.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to post their Claire’s hauls on social media.
