Job summary

Claire's is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Sales & Piercing Associate for our store. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, upsell accessories, and help drive sales while ensuring a clean, engaging shopping environment.

Piercing services require training, aftercare guidance, and maintaining a sterile setting. You’ll collaborate with store leadership, support inventory and merchandising, and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere aligned with Claire's brand.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience or higher.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient with POS system for transactions and cash handling.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Comfortable with piercing procedures and maintaining a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Provide piercing training support and educate on aftercare.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and positive energy.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay up to date with fashion trends.
