Claire's is hiring for a part-time, non-exempt role in Dearborn, MI. The position focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and providing piercing services with proper safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include maintaining attractive displays, supporting leadership, and promoting products. Prior retail experience and strong customer service skills are preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and fashion awareness.

Formación

• Must have at least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to conduct piercings and handle young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
• Able to stand for shifts and maneuver 11–35kg (25–75lbs).

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by delivering excellent customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Perform piercings following training and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep store displays attractive and easy to shop through.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Showcase Claire's products and stay updated on fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations like inventory, cash handling, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's hauls on social media.
