Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service standards.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and share feedback with the team.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to elevate customer experience.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
